  • The food was good as it always is. We were given a delivery slot of 19:19 and our food arrived almost an hour late. Was not impressed with that. We called the restaurant at 19:45 to find out where the food was and were told it had already been collected. As we only live 5 mins from the restaurant I'm not sure why it did not arrive till gone 8. Was not impressed and no delivery time adjustment was ever given.

  • Food was delivered almost 2 hours after placing the order. It obviously arrived cold. But even the taste was not good. Taro, on Finchley Road is way better.

  • Food was disgusting. I've ordered spicy sushi box, fish smelled odd and tasted very chewy. Udon noodles were cold and size of green peper was ridiculous. It seamed that cheff did not bother chopping it at all. I would not recommend to order anything from this place. Money wasted.

  • the reason ive rated this so low is because the food looked like a dogs dinner when it arrived! the carrier bag and two of the containers had somehow burst open and food and sauce had spilled out. i dont know how or why this happened but the driver said that it was twice in the same night this had happened and he thought it was bevause it hadnt been properly sealed by whoever serves up in the kitchen. i then rang the resturant who offerred 10% of for my next order...errrrr, there will be no next order after this! they should have either offered a refund or offered a complimentary meal! the person i spoke to on the phone was utterly useless and said she couldnt do for me and would notify her manager to get in touch...needless to say said manager has not been in touch. bad service, bad experience, never again!
